    An RFQ (Request for Quotation) is a sourcing request that includes your product details, order quantity, and other requirements. Nearshore uses your RFQ to match you with the best-fit factories for your project.

  • What happens after I submit an RFQ?

    Once submitted, your RFQ is shared in our Factory Introduction Center, where vetted factories can express interest. You'll receive direct messages from those who want to learn more about your product.

  • What makes the Matching different?

    Our system reads every detail of your RFQ, including your product specifications, material needs, desired quantity and location, target retail price, the capabilities and certifications you'd like in a factory and more. Then it suggests the factories that specialize in your exact needs. You may approve or decline each match and chat with factories directly.

  • How is Concierge + Search different from Search?
